Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordination and supervision of works to ensure all are in accordance with work procedures, time and quality requirements.
  • Monitor and check project site, labour strength and safety on site.
  • Assist in making arrangements for deployment of company's resources such as plant, equipment, material and manpower.
  • Liaise with Contractors/Sub-contractors and authorities to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain proper projects documentation.
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma in Building or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the similar industry-job role in Clerk of Works/Site Supervisor or Supervisor/Team Lead.
