Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordination and supervision of works to ensure all are in accordance with work procedures, time and quality requirements.
  • Monitor and check project site, labour strength and safety on site.
  • Assist in making arrangements for deployment of company's resources such as plant, equipment, material and manpower.
  • Liaise with Contractors/Sub-contractors and authorities to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain proper projects documentation.

Jawatan Kosong Senior Accounting Manager & Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

  • The Accounting Managers will be responsible for the accounting, reporting and tax functions of the group’s property division or/and companies and the position will be responsible for ensuring robust accounting controls, accounting quality and tax compliance. Some important duties that will be assigned to the person will include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Oversee the general accounting function, cash management/reconciliation and tax compliance.
  • Accountable for ensuring that policies and procedures (internal controls) are in place to provide reasonable assurance that the company assets are protected.
  • Support the sales and operations teams from an accounting standpoint to achieve their business objectives.
  • Preparation of Weekly/Monthly/ Quarterly management reports for management review and prepare financial statements.
  • Liaising with external parties such as auditor, tax agent, company secretary, bankers, lawyers and government authorities and primary responsibility for interacting with statutory/tax auditors and ensuring smooth completion of audits.
  • Handling tax computation and tax estimation and ensure compliance with all tax compliance.
  • Supervising the accounting Team on various issues encounter during the daily work and heavily involve in problem solving.
  • Liaising with bankers on funding requirements & project accounting.
  • Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc function and related duties as and when necessary.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree from accredited university with major in Accounting & Finance or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy Management, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
  • Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) or/and CPA or any equivalent certification.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of related working experience in the property development & investment industry with at least 2 to 3 years related experience in medium size or large property development company.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in handling the audit and tax compliance of a company or public accounting firm.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Property/ Real Estate or equivalent.
  • Possess good interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Experienced in liaising with bankers on funding requirements & project accounting.
  • Strong analytical & leadership skills and able to work under pressure.
